We’re now 5 people living in 5 different countries. Most of us have online poker background. We’re working fully remotely. We don’t have a fixed schedule, everyone is free to manage their time. We have team meetings, but they are not mandatory and do not happen very often - usually once in 2 weeks.
We have no conflicts, no toxic talk, no stressful work environment. We have a built model of work and communication in which everyone can be sincere with each other and at the same time productive in their role. We all respect and value each other.

Your task will be to create content, mainly:
Format: articles, videos (whichever you do best).
We will give you clear tasks as a base. If you wish, you can also come up with ideas yourself. We always have space for creativity.
Payment: piece rate for each article/video. ($30+ per article, $50+ per video). In the future, a guaranteed monthly salary is possible.

Your task will be to successfully develop at least one of the listed (the more the better). You can both perform tasks within our current model and come up with your own strategies. Anyway marketing is an area that always requires fresh ideas, so initiative and creative approach are appreciated here.
